I had the chance to participate to save our planet from the damaging effects it has on the marine life, and\u00c2\u00a0thanks to the Costal Cleanup Day in September I was able to help the environment become more cleaner not just for the environment\u00c2\u00a0 but, also for the marine life as well.<\/p>\n<p>LO&#8217;s that were catered<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>LO&#8217;5: Demonstration of the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively.<\/p>\n<p>I have demonstrated excellent cooperation and teamwork abilities by offering to assist clean the beach. Cleaning up a beach required tons of\u00c2\u00a0collaborations from various NGO&#8217;s and organizations, and i\u00c2\u00a0certainly collaborated with other volunteers to make the\u00c2\u00a0common aim of making the beach cleaner and more enjoyable for everybody.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>LO&#8217;6:\u00c2\u00a0 Demonstrate engagement with issues of Global significance<\/p>\n<p>I had demonstrated commitment by volunteering to assist clean up the beach. The problem of the planet&#8217;s seas impacts not only the local community but the entire world. And by helping in the beach cleanup, I demonstrated my knowledge of the need of environmental conservation and action to preserve our planet&#8217;s natural resources.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>LO&#8217;7 : Recognize and consider the ethics of choices and actions.<\/p>\n<p>I\u00c2\u00a0recognize\u00c2\u00a0that\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0my\u00c2\u00a0own decisions and activities may have a major influence on the environment and individuals around you. \u00c2\u00a0By doing this CAS experience i\u00c2\u00a0have demonstrated that I am\u00c2\u00a0highly\u00c2\u00a0aware of the ethical consequences of my\u00c2\u00a0actions and\u00c2\u00a0contributions that I just made for my planet.
