I think Dancing is a great way to get your body moving and to release stress, which can improve your mood. It can also be a great way to socialize and meet new people.so I choose garda as my dance form to learn. Garba is a form of dance which originates from the state of Gujarat in India. garba is something I always wanted to learn I think its also a good way of exercising and would improve my coordination skills . so this\u00c2\u00a0Navaratri i learned garba by attending garba class a month . I am really happy that I learned garba I think it is truly a great\u00c2\u00a0experience<\/p>\n

This experience was one of the experience i was most nervous about but the whole process of learning this new experience was really great overall .i already knew the basic form of garda but i want to take this opportunity and try to get better at it so this year before the festival of Navaratri i joined garba classes 1 month prior in order to learn new skills one of the challenges face by me during this experience was that I face\u00c2\u00a0difficulty in coordinating my movements and also some time it made me feel a little self-conscious about my\u00c2\u00a0abilities .\u00c2\u00a0However, with practice and perseverance,\u00c2\u00a0i was\u00c2\u00a0able to overcome these challenges and\u00c2\u00a0gain some new skills.\u00c2\u00a0It also presented me with a challenge of increased awareness and appreciation of myself.<\/p>\n

Dance\u00c2\u00a0(garba) requires commitment and perseverance in order to learn and improve.\u00c2\u00a0it was a little hard for me to put\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0time and effort to learn\u00c2\u00a0garba and\u00c2\u00a0shows that\u00c2\u00a0I\u00c2\u00a0am\u00c2\u00a0committed to the activity and\u00c2\u00a0I was\u00c2\u00a0willing to work hard to improve these\u00c2\u00a0skills.<\/p>\n

I learned and developed new creative dancing skills. I also learnt social skills, interaction and\u00c2\u00a0 working collaboratively\u00c2\u00a0helped me in improving Improved communication and interpersonal skills .this experience really helped me to achieve my goal . By joining this classes they really helped me in improving my communication<\/p>\n
