In order to encourage resilience and guarantee a high-quality, fair, and inclusive education for all, this year&#8217;s topic, &#8220;Transforming Literacy Learning Spaces,&#8221; provided an opportunity to reevaluate the basic significance of literacy spaces. Through hearing the supporting staff&#8217;s experiences about their roles in the school and their perspectives on literacy, we, the students, may learn that there can be a variety of literacy learning environments and develop respect for them.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LO 2. Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My responsibility in this event was to instruct and supervise the group of students I was assigned. As part of my responsibility, I had to engage the group of students in a lively conversation with the staff member about their opinions on literacy and their responsibilities in the school. Even though I was trying to keep the students on track with the discussion, it was occasionally challenging to lead the discussions because few of them seemed interested, and only a few could follow the discussion due to the language barrier.\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LO 4.
