In the event Global Odyssey 3.0 which is a fundraiser event, I was in the accounts team and pitched in creative ideas and handle money from the stalls in the event as well as do the bookkeeping for the stalls.<\/p>\n

LO’s explored –<\/p>\n

LO2 – Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills.\u00c2\u00a0– Keeping books at stalls might sound easy but when this has to be done fast, it is very hard to keep track of people’s orders, their payments and change, Initially it was hard but then I got used to it and kept increasing my pace.<\/p>\n

LO5 – Demonstrate skills and benefits of working collaboratively. – Coordinating with the stall members to ensure that we worked as a group and everything went smooth and efficient.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

LO6 – Engagement with issues of global significance. – A percentage of our revenues were donated to NGO’s<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

LO7 – Recognize and consider the ethics of choices and actions. – We have been honest with our revenues and bookkeeping so that we truly donate what we owe.<\/p>\n
