I think this trip was a great way to catch a break from all the stress of academics, getting away from devices technology for a week refreshed my mind. This trip forced me to get out of my comfort zone and made me realise the importance of the people in my life .<\/p>\n<p>LO1- identify own strengths and develop areas for growth<\/p>\n<p>I was bound to live in tents and away from devices which was out of my comfort zone. But that helped me in identifying my strengths and weaknesses while trekking and caving I realised that my stamina was very weak and i needed to improve on my physical fitness.<\/p>\n<p>LO2-\u00c2\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process<\/span><\/p>\n<p>We participated in many group activities and team-building exercises. By participating in these activities, i developed\u00c2\u00a0 my\u00c2\u00a0 interpersonal skills such as communication, collaboration, and leadership<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>LO4-\u00c2\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This trip included many physical activities that required commitment and perseverance such as trekking and rock climbing rappelling and caving .
