And since I liked calisthenics I decided to take this up as my CAS experience and use this as a motivation for learning a new skill called dragon 360.\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The learning outcomes I developed are:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">LO 1 and LO 2: I had to understand\u00c2\u00a0 what were my strengths and weaknesses in order to unlock this skill. Everytime I failed to do the skill, I used to look at the video and understand what I did wrong and how I could improve the mistake.
