Race to Embrace 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last year I took part in the Race To Embrace Pilot project. Throughout 2022\u00e2\u20ac\u201c2023, there were many around 10-12 sessions. I discovered differnt ways to progress personally despite life\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s setbacks. Every time new guests were invited, we had a great time, which is why these sessions were so exciting and i had a lot of new learnings throughout the whole journey. The similar thing happened when I was in grade 12, and I had the chance to join the Core Committee of R2E 2.0. I am a member of the management team to assist with session agenda planning because this is a long-term thing that requires 10-11 sessions. Additionally, we get to meet a ton of new people every new session that inspires us in many ways. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Coming alive\u00e2\u20ac\u009d was the theme of the first race to embrace session, when we got to know \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Nimesh Patel,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d better known as \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Nimo.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d He was involved in the founding of the non-profit Manav Sadhna in Ahmedabad.\u00c2\u00a0<\/span>

S3:\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Initiate and plan a CAS experience

When\u00c2\u00a0creating\u00c2\u00a0a\u00c2\u00a0wellness\u00c2\u00a0program,\u00c2\u00a0I\u00c2\u00a0create\u00c2\u00a0a\u00c2\u00a0positive\u00c2\u00a0experience\u00c2\u00a0that\u00c2\u00a0focuses\u00c2\u00a0on\u00c2\u00a0mental,
\u00c2\u00a0physical\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0emotional\u00c2\u00a0health.\u00c2\u00a0I\u00c2\u00a0work\u00c2\u00a0with\u00c2\u00a0healthcare\u00c2\u00a0professionals\u00c2\u00a0to\u00c2\u00a0deliver\u00c2\u00a0mindfulness\u00c2\u00a0workshops,
\u00c2\u00a0fitness\u00c2\u00a0classes\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0mindfulness\u00c2\u00a0sessions.\u00c2\u00a0We\u00c2\u00a0work\u00c2\u00a0with\u00c2\u00a0local\u00c2\u00a0vendors\u00c2\u00a0to\u00c2\u00a0provide\u00c2\u00a0quality\u00c2\u00a0food\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0
healthy\u00c2\u00a0products\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0collaborate\u00c2\u00a0with\u00c2\u00a0school\u00c2\u00a0didis\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0bhaiyas\u00c2\u00a0to\u00c2\u00a0make\u00c2\u00a0‘umbadiyu’.\u00c2\u00a0Colorful\u00c2\u00a0
decor\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0relaxing\u00c2\u00a0music\u00c2\u00a0to\u00c2\u00a0create\u00c2\u00a0a\u00c2\u00a0nice\u00c2\u00a0atmosphere.\u00c2\u00a0Participants\u00c2\u00a0make\u00c2\u00a0connections\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0build\u00c2\u00a0a\u00c2\u00a0
sense\u00c2\u00a0of\u00c2\u00a0community\u00c2\u00a0through\u00c2\u00a0open\u00c2\u00a0discussion.\u00c2\u00a0The\u00c2\u00a0success\u00c2\u00a0of\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0event\u00c2\u00a0is\u00c2\u00a0a\u00c2\u00a0testament\u00c2\u00a0to\u00c2\u00a0
thoughtful\u00c2\u00a0planning,\u00c2\u00a0dedication\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0commitment\u00c2\u00a0to\u00c2\u00a0health\u00c2\u00a0promotion.\u00c2\u00a0It\u00c2\u00a0is\u00c2\u00a0beneficial\u00c2\u00a0for\u00c2\u00a0
those\u00c2\u00a0who\u00c2\u00a0testify\u00c2\u00a0to\u00c2\u00a0leave\u00c2\u00a0with\u00c2\u00a0a\u00c2\u00a0new\u00c2\u00a0heart\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0new\u00c2\u00a0energy.

This\u00c2\u00a0experience\u00c2\u00a0not\u00c2\u00a0only\u00c2\u00a0taught\u00c2\u00a0me\u00c2\u00a0about\u00c2\u00a0my\u00c2\u00a0passion\u00c2\u00a0but\u00c2\u00a0also\u00c2\u00a0strengthened\u00c2\u00a0my\u00c2\u00a0ability\u00c2\u00a0to\u00c2\u00a0persevere\u00c2\u00a0in\u00c2\u00a0difficult\u00c2\u00a0situations,\u00c2\u00a0
