Hello, my name is Akshat, and I would be giving a reflection of the current Design Unit – ¨Digital Design-Awareness Campaign¨.

The topic that I chose to spread awareness about through Digital forms of media is ¨Awareness to save trees¨. My reason behind choosing this issue was that trees plays a major role in every form of life, unlike corruption, for an example, that mainly impacts directly to humans.Also, the environmental changes, like global warming are due to two impacts on Earth-Excess carbon and greenhouse gas emission and immense cutting of trees, resulting in double effect as there are not enough trees to support the emissions, I think.

I chose digital media, a recent development in times to spread news and information.It is far more accessible to people over the world, spreads information rapidly and more effectively through my point of view.I have made a video, and in fact this blogpost reflection is itself a way of spreading awareness about my topic, isn´t it? I request and encourage you too to spread awareness and take some actions, at least in your house.

So, coming back to digital media, I would like to share my experience on using digital tools for the first time.

To start with, my experience was really new. I found out many different things, including that some websites gave a variety of tools that are extremely beneficial for making online posters and designs, which were totally new to me.This unit and digital tools have helped me a lot, for my future works as well, and I hope you might have been profited with this article.
