In this experience I was part of the tournament managing team and there was more 10 teams from all over India and also foreign teams and my role was to make sure that the matches start on time and call out the teams and prepare them for there match and I also distributed food and water to the teams.

Learning outcomes:

LO 4(Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences):Even though I had exams in one week but I knew how important this experience and tournament is and it needed as much as help the tournament can get so it can go smoothly,so I showed commitment and went everyday early in and went home in the night which showed me that showing commitment in work helps you achieve your goal in the end.

LO 5(Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively):What I learned from this experience is you are stronger when you work in a team and I experienced it as with so many people it gets hard to manage them and it was important for our school reputation to give provide them with the best hospitality we can so we worked together to manage the matches and food distribution and helping with all the queries and any kind of help they needed we provided them.

This was the best experience of all as I got learn many things and meet new people form around the country and got to create a good image of my school.
