Giving back to society is a belief in which I believe, And here at FS students get exposure to learn and get opportunities to demonstrate their skills such as leadership skills. So this CAS experience is related to the community service which was offered by the school to students wherein students are given chance to do something better for society and it was a privilege for us as students that we are been offered such kind of opportunity to give back to society by teaching students who are not that privileged, and doesn’t have resources to learn the skills and reflect. The Sport which I taught to the other underprivileged students from different schools nearby the school locality was The ultimate frisbee. There were around 50 students for the sport ultimate frisbee who visited the school for six sessions for gaining the knowledge and the skills which are required for the sport. Also, students from the different schools were very excited and charged to gain the skills of the sports.

LO 3 (Demonstrate How to initiate and plan your CAS Experience.)

The initiating Phase of the CAS experience was not easy but along with other peers and seniors who are experienced player in the field the management of the student was an easy task but many student from the school who had visited had a great experience and exposure of the sport and they were able to adapt the basic frisbee skills. And there were many different kind of fun activities planned for the students like dodge ball, frisbee, then disc fight, etc. The activities were planed by student and the coaches.

LO 5 (Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively.)

I worked with some of my classmates as well as there were seniors so the CAS Experience was were pleasant and amazing to see the excitement of the student who came to the school for attending this event and the sync between the students and the learners were great because students were able to understand the things which we’re been taught to them. The one problem which was encounter during this CAS Experience was that the student who came to the school for this event who attended the event were student from early years hence there was The communication difference and we as a student took that as a learning factor and started communicating with the student in there language and learned a lot from it  .

LO 6(Demonstrate engagement with issues of global significance.)

The global issue which is related to the community service is  lack of opportunities to study and not having the required resources hence as a responsible citizen, we should give back to society as it will later on benefit us in our future life .

By knowing the global issue it would help me to take a step because there are many global issues on which we can contribute at a personal level but there many different greater and broader global issue in which we can just hope to be change and this issue is something that can be a issue that we can do something at personal level to help and I took this thing as opportunity and tried to do something better for the society and to help kids and children grow by providing then the knowledge and providing then guidance. And this also help me grow at a personal level as I was able to identify my community skills ability to fellow students .
