So I recently organized farewell for my seniors. It took a lot of effort it was something special.it had to be wholesome for the whole grade because it was there last year in the school and was difficult task.It would really difficult since we had to make everything buy our own hand.we had to make everything sustainable so the school could make use of it later and not waste resources. I learned a lot of things from this event so these are some learning outcomes:

LO1

I was in the decor team for the events we were responsible for decorating for the location which was the frisbee ground.I did not know a lot about decorating stuff for an event so it was something new for me.it had to special for senior because they mean a lot to me so I had to come up with idea.they came up with a theme which was cold play so that helps a lot.We had to make everything by ourself. Come up with games by ourself and and make the event memorable for them.

LO2

So the main theme for the event was Coldplay and we had to make stuff related to it.We had to make hand made stars which took a lot of time. I learned how to properly fold paper which was useful for me to learn origami. We had to make 2 photo booths that would make them go down the memory lane. We printed out a lot of photos which was a great idea.

LO4

So we had to come to school early for like a week. We had to miss school slots for the decor. We had a night stay at school where we had to come on on a early in so we easily spent the whole day in school.i did not know what it took this much effort for the event but had to do it because it was too late to blackout.The stars that we made at the event too a lot of effort because on star took 6 piece to make and we made around 50 of those.It took hours upon hours upon hours which was a lot. We had to take chart paper as homework which was quite hilarious.

So while I was decorating the event. It realized that if I had to do all this by myself would not be able to because the stars alone were like quite hard to make and everyone had to work together.so one person had to cut the paper, one person had to fold the paper and one person had to glue the paper together which took a long time. And we had to repeat the process a lot of time.another thing we had to work together.same with the planet and same with the main decor. If it was not for us to work together we couldn’t have been able to do the event.and in the end it all paid off.

LO7

So we the school told us that we could not order all the equipment and make it by our own hand which was a lesson for us on how to use resources with care. But later we realized why school made us do it on our own. Yes we can order it and make it quick but that would just waste money. It would not only waste resources but also waste a lot of money cause it would be thrown to waste after it is used once so we made It by our own hand and now can we reuse and make it sustainable. And still managed to make it look good.
