Organising the farewell for the G12 seniors was a challenging yet fulfilling experience. As the overall in-charge, we faced miscommunication among team members which we overcame by having more frequent meetings and fostering open communication. We put in rigorous efforts to make the farewell a memorable one for our seniors, spending countless hours practicing dances, finalising the decor, and planning the itinerary for the day. This journey helped me develop valuable skills in communication and social interaction while working under pressure. We learned the importance of teamwork and managing a team to handle miscommunications effectively. When the day of the farewell arrived, all our hard work paid off. The decorations were stunning, the dances were executed flawlessly, and the seniors were all smiles. We received many compliments from both the seniors and the teachers, making the experience truly rewarding. Overall, organising the farewell for the G12 seniors was a memorable journey that taught me valuable skills and created lasting memories for everyone involved.

Organising the farewell for the G12 seniors required me to identify my strengths and weaknesses. Through this process, I realised that I had strong communication skills, but I needed to improve my leadership skills. I worked on developing my leadership skills by delegating tasks to team members and ensuring that everyone was working together effectively.

We also had regular meetings to discuss progress and make adjustments to our plan as necessary.
