In this CAS experience I have done regular cycling for 7 days. My aim was to do cycling for minimum 30 to 45 mins. And I think I have accomplished it. It wasn’t so much hard for me because I have been doing some physical activity since starting of this year. And I feel happy that one of my goal has been accomplished. I recorded the evidence in my smart watch. I cycled on roadways in early mornings or sometimes after school. It’s just when I got time.
LO 1:Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth
I have identified that,I have good endurance and could do things for long period of time. And IÂ developed my endurance during cycling. But still consistency matters in order to develop more. I have developed recently endurance but during my MYP I had much good endurance. But after lockdown as I didn’t spent my time doing anything physical I had to start from zero again. And I identified that I can still develop my physical health by being consistent.
LO 2:Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process
Time management was little bit challenging because I had to adjust sometime after or before school. And also I some days I woke at 5 am to do cycling. If I woke 1 day early then I was motivated to for other day also because the feeling which I got after cycling was so fresh I just wanted to go in flow and enjoy more but also knew that I have manage my time respectively. I have tried to improve my endurance before and I reached until doing 5 min plank. I feel thankful to myself I was able to figure out what I want to do and finally made it possible.
LO 3:Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience
I have a habit of making to-do list everyday so to be organize I planned whenever I would feel that this day is best for cycling and I would add cycling as my to-do task. Yes, usually I am organized person. I make to-do list before night everyday and plan my months to be organized person. Initiating and planning both weren’t hard for me.
