We recently went on a educational trip to Mount abu.We were exposed to a tougher part of trekking.This trekking would help me to improve my fitness and I never went to a trekking for a long distance and this would also help me know me capability.My purpose is to understand my capabilities and overcome that and also experience a new thing.
LO1-
Sports and related activities are my favorite pastimes. I always remember to persevere since some tasks call for a lot of fortitude and guts to complete them. There was one thing I was certain I couldn’t accomplish, but I took charge of my actions and kept reminding myself to keep trying even if I didn’t succeed. When I overcome my fear and inspired others to do the same, I felt like I had accomplished a great deal. As we arrived at our location and finished each task, we felt happy and in a positive spirits.
LO2-
I had never gone trekking before, but I was prepared to take on this new endeavour. Given my sense of adventure and athleticism, trekking seemed the ideal new activity for me to explore. Another such sport that required ability was rock climbing, and I was prepared to take on that challenge. Sincerity be damned, I was terrified the entire time, but getting over that anxiety was a struggle in and of itself.
LO4-
The two key components of the journey were perseverance and commitment. I had to overcome my fear of falling while trekking and be committed at all times to the very next step. Outside of camp, giving up was not an option, so I was dedicated. We had a lengthy trip on day three, and it was a little risky, but commitment was crucial once more, and with it, I managed to finish the trek despite the challenges.
In the end this trip as helped me to overcome my fear of trekking.It has also helped to socialize more people and friends.The main highlight of this experience was about never quitting as the trek was for long kilometers so I just need to believe about not quitting it in middle.In the end I got succeed in this experience.
