Educational Trip (Mount Abu)

An educational trip planned by our school to Mount Abu , which included activities like rock climbing , Rappelling , Trekking and games that propelled me to use my physical abilities . I think this trip was a great way to catch a break from all the stress of academics, getting away from devices technology for a week refreshed my mind. This trip forced me to get out of my comfort zone and made me realise the importance of the people in my life .

LO1- identify own strengths and develop areas for growth

I was bound to live in tents and away from devices which was out of my comfort zone. But that helped me in identifying my strengths and weaknesses while trekking and caving I realised that my stamina was very weak and i needed to improve on my physical fitness.

LO2- Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process

We participated in many group activities and team-building exercises. By participating in these activities, i developed  my  interpersonal skills such as communication, collaboration, and leadership

LO4- Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences

This trip included many physical activities that required commitment and perseverance such as trekking and rock climbing rappelling and caving . I think it was not easy to stay committed to the activity  as they took a lot of physical strength and exertion  but i felt that it was important to stay persistent to them in order to improve my stamina and other physical skills
