I have taken table tennis as a sport in PS. I have been playing for 3 months now.
Learning outcome 1 -Â Identify your own strengths and develop areas for personal growth.
I am not exactly a fast learner so learning a new sport from the scratch was difficult, to understand the body posture, techniques, different forms. But at the same time I was able to learn a lot of new things about table tennis.
Learning outcome 2 -Â Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process.
Before this, I had never played table tennis, learning a new sport was challenging yet exciting and loved the process. My hand-eye coordination was terrible, however, as I practiced it improved.
Learning outcome 4 -Â Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences.
I have been playing for 3 months regularly which is a really long time. And throughout, I have showed dedication and interest in table tennis which is why selected this sport. It was a bit arduous to manage time to play table tennis along with all the deadlines that are coming up.
