During my internship at an Indian ethnic brand, I engaged in a meaningful act of service for my CAS IB, which facilitated the identification of my strengths and highlighted areas for personal growth. I recognized my knack for creative problem-solving during the internship. Whether it was addressing customer queries or assisting in product display arrangements, I found innovative solutions that contributed to the smooth functioning of daily operations. This ability to think creatively and adapt to different challenges emerged as a notable strength. This experience also brought to light areas for personal growth, particularly in terms of my communication skills. Interacting with customers and collaborating with colleagues required effective communication to convey ideas clearly and build positive relationships. Recognizing this, I actively sought opportunities to improve my communication, seeking feedback and incorporating suggestions to enhance my interpersonal skills.

The ability to adapt to evolving circumstances and demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges underscored my commitment to the internship. The three-month duration of the internship allowed me to showcase a sustained commitment to learning and personal growth. Over time, I proactively assumed additional responsibilities, willingly taking on new challenges that arose.
