Cycling

Every Sunday, I wake up early and head out for a bike ride. It’s a ritual that I’ve been following for months, and it’s one of my favourite ways to start the week.

I love the feeling of the wind in my hair and the sun on my face as I ride through the quiet streets. I enjoy the challenge of pushing myself physically and the sense of accomplishment that comes with completing a long ride.

But most of all, I love the way that cycling makes me feel. It’s a great way to clear my head and reduce stress. It’s also a great way to explore my surroundings and connect with nature.

My Sunday bike rides have become more than just a way to get exercise. They’re a time for me to reflect on the past week and to set goals for the week ahead. They’re also a time for me to simply enjoy the present moment and to appreciate the beauty of the world around me.
