In this CAS experience I will be participating in a event from organized by the SMC of surat as the world coastal clean up day where large number of students from school will be engaging in cleaning the beach together.

In this experience my learning outcome was:

LO 5:”demonstrate the skill and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively”

It was a huge beach to clean and working with the lot of people and having fun during the process  it becomes very easy to achieve the task as it just took us hardly 2 or 3 hour to clean the beach.

LO 6:”demonstrate engagement with issues of global significance”

the land pollution is a global issue and polluted beach is a part of that in which I engaged to clean it and solve the issue

My final take away from this experience was that working collaboratively on a issue will help you solve it and it makes you believe that you are not alone in this and I even whenever see any trash lying on the beach I pick it up and throw it in the dustbin.
