Badminton Class

I used to go to badminton class but then left it after only a few months. There wasn’t a lot of improvement and I still had a lot of skills to learn. This is why I joined the class for 5 months(till now), 1.5 hours every weekday. I improved a lot and learned the skills I was terrible at, such as hitting smashes. I improved my endurance by playing for long periods. Badminton feels extremely fun now and I also made many friends. This counts as an Activity.

LO 1: Identify own strengths and areas for growth– I identified the skills that I needed to improve, such as hitting smashes and drops, in order to play better and asked my coach to help me improve in those specific skills. I found my strengths and used them to my advantage for winning.

LO 4: Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences– I went to the class for 3 months till now and am still going there. I only skipped a few days for personal reasons. I play with enthusiasm as the class is not just for CAS but is also great for my physical health.
