Trekking and Rappeling (Mt.Abu)

I went to Mount Abu with the students on an educational tour. We took part in a variety of sports, including trekking, caving, and rock climbing. I’ve done physical exercises like this before because I enjoy taking chances and placing myself in challenging circumstances, but this time it seemed too simple. It was wonderful going out with friends, playing new team building activities to establish relationships with my classmates, and experiencing one of the harshest climatic shifts.

L01: I had some self-learned experience of climbing from previous hikes and could accomplish practically all of the tasks solo. But, the specialists on the tour with us taught us a lot of topics that I was unaware of. This new understanding assisted me in activities like as rock climbing and rappelling, which were my scientific weaknesses because I had never done them previously.

L02: I have a lot of endurance, so travelling was straightforward for me. In addition, I take extreme care not to injure myself. The hardest aspect of the test was that hauling sacks made me really tired, and it was extremely hot during the day. One of the challenges was that if one of us fell, those who followed may also fall.

L04: I had done my homework and was determined to complete the hike. I made a wise decision by carrying items such as hats, gloves, and thermal clothing to avoid any inconvenience. Despite the difficult conditions, I kept my grit and persevered. I broke the travel into attainable targets, maintained a steady pace, and took frequent breaks to refuel. I kept reminded myself of my goal and the prize of reaching the summit. I was also inspired by the dedication and persistence of my fellow trekkers, who served as excellent role models for me.
