Each year our school organizes an event called FSMUN which our schools own model united nation.Here we have individuals representing different countries or in some cases political personalities.I was in charge of the organizing committee where we helped in the decor of the event ,the management ,staying in committee sessions helping the chair and co-chair was a one part of it . And this year we reached the highest total of delegates coming in FSMUN  which was a good achievement for us 

LO1-Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth

The main benefit was me was that I was really enthusiastic and would be ready to do the work/task given to me which helped me help in the decor and also helped me with the work I got on the event day such as guiding the committee members or helping the the mike or bringing in stuff when the committee is in need .The areas to develop I would say is to understand the work properly .In hurry I was not able to understand the task which many times led to me being clueless when the tasks were assigned or any new issues occurred or new  tasks were to be done.

LO3-Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience

This event would come into the creativity and  activity part where I was even chipping in ideas and also doing work such as helping in the decor or with the music system . I knew how this experience would help me generate a good CAS experience .

LO4-Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences

I was committed towards this CAS experience as we had a lot of which had to be done and even if a bunch of students didn’t work properly the whole task would be delayed .Staying committed was important as we had to  make this event one of the best event in the school hence we had put in a lot of efforts and work into everything .

LO5-Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively

Working together was a must in this event .We were divided into groups of students like the decor team ,social team ,media team ,etc .And each team had some task with them . If the tasks would not have been done in groups it would have taken a lot of time but as we worked collaboratively the work was done in no time leading us to a very smooth event .
