Hi I am Palaash Dubey . Reading books is my escape from reality. If I could I would always read books all the time. So I thought I should start a page online and write my opinions about the books I read . So I started a page online called “bookssandbeyond” where i post .I write reviews and post reels related to the books I read.

Putting forward my opinions has always been difficult for me since start . So when I started writing first it was quite difficult for me and i barely got any views on the content I posted. But later on I stared posting and making reels related to the books the attract followers and I realised I was good at creating content.
LO2 – Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken developing new skills
Writing reviews and reels is time consuming and exhausting .It takes hours to create them but minuities for people to school through them. So keeping up with school ,studies and this was quite difficult .But I eventually developed time management skills.Where I equally divided my time to get all the work done .
LO3 – Initiate and plan a CAS experience.
I initiated in creating a page online by identifying an opportunity to show my skills and interests like social,thinking,creative and management .I recognized that opening a page would challenge me and provide me with an opportunity to develop new skills. I identified my responsibilities, established a timeline to achieve what I want.
lO4 – Show perseverance and commitment in CAS experience.
It has been almost a month since I started doing this and it requires a lot of perseverance as many times I thought of quitting as I did not get the outcome considering the amount of effort i put in it . But as I committed to it I kept going.
