Before commencing my training journey, I prioritized identifying my weaknesses and areas that required improvement. To achieve this, I conducted an initial BMI scan and subsequently performed multiple scans throughout my fitness journey. These assessments were instrumental in tailoring my exercise regimen to suit my specific body type. The results revealed a high body fat percentage, prompting me to incorporate a greater amount of cardiovascular exercises into my training routine. This personalized approach allowed me to address my individual needs and work towards achieving a healthier body composition.

Throughout this journey, I take immense pride in the progress I’ve made and the visible results I’ve achieved. However, it would be dishonest to say that this experience was easy. While maintaining motivation to go to the gym every day presented its own challenges, the greatest obstacle I faced was adhering to a clean eating regimen consistently. Learning to resist temptations and remain focused on my primary goal was a constant struggle
