Swimming

 

Swimming is one of the most popular and enjoyable forms of physical activity, and for good reason. It provides a full-body workout that can improve cardiovascular health, build strength and endurance, and even help to reduce stress. I started swimming to enhance my endurance and cardiovascular health.

 

L1

I already knew that my cardiovascular health was good since I played football also so this is one of my strength. This is because I did not take much time in adapting to the high requirement of stamina in the sport and quickly learnt the sport.

 

L2

The biggest challenge that I faced during this activity is the fear of water and to overcome this I had to do a lot of practice in the pool for many hours and the second difficulty that I faced during the activity is shoulder pain as the sport requires a lot of shoulder movement.

 

L4

There were numerous occasions when, after returning from school or on the weekends, I felt worn out or drained while I was learning to swim. I still had to exert effort and resolve to stick to the new regimen I had to adopt.
