Physical fitness is a cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle, and a balanced workout routine often includes a combination of cardiovascular exercise (cardio) and abdominal exercises (abs). Cardiovascular workouts elevate the heart rate and improve endurance, while ab workouts strengthen the core muscles.In this CAS I wanted to improve my endurance and thanks to CAS I got the opportunity to do so.
LO1 – Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth
My strengths are that I have prior experiences and knowledge regarding exercises and I also have quite good core muscles and I have balance due to strong core muscles. But I want to really develop cardiovascular endurance lately. So I am following many workouts on YouTube channels like MADFIT and more videos on both Cardio and Abs workouts.
LO2 – Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills.
The challenges that I faced were the Cardio workout got intense and so did the Abs workout I was not able to keep up with the workouts as I was easily getting fatigued midway and had to work on that challenge but with time I eventually caught up with the workout and now every day I do the workout for 15 minutes.
LO4 – Show perseverance and commitment in CAS experience.
I struggled to keep up with the workouts since I quickly became exhausted in the middle of them. But with time, I ultimately caught up, and I now do the 15-minute routine every day.
