I went to a physiologist. His name is Dr. Vismay Shah. I took part in both exercises meant for improving my body and overall positional structure and those primarily meant as substitutes for training in the gym. The latter category of practices used resistance bands and other resources to work on muscle strength. They provided me with the required physical exertion for muscles to live a satisfying and physically comfortable life. Dr. Vismay Shah said that these postural exercises help one create a default position for one’s benefit. The CAS experience was meant to introduce me to a routine of careful and meaningful exercises created with a medical professional’s aid to ensure completeness.

LO1:
The CAS experience helped me build on my strength. I know I am physically capable. However, it was essential to get a clear picture. The exercises were for the entire body so that overall muscle development occurs. During the experience, I also learned that my special advantage is muscle strength instead of bones or other aspects.

LO4:

The location is far away from my house. It takes a long time to get there. It was tiresome to travel such distances every day. Additionally, the doctor said I needed to give a minimum time investment of 40 mins, which was also tricky. I did not give up on the experience because I knew it was crucial for my health and well-being.

LO7:
For the experience, I used resistance bands extensively. It was essential to note that manufacturers produced these out of rubber. They synthetically created it, which is very harmful to the environment. However, natural rubber is better. I have learned that I must ensure appropriate use. In the future, I will remember it is my responsibility to utilize environmentally-friendly products.

I do not care much for my physical well-being, but the CAS experience enabled my work on this aspect. It gave a practical overview and understanding of the theoretical concepts of complete health and well-being I learned in Language B.
