MOUNT ABU TREK

My school organised a very adventurous trip to Mount-Abu for 4 days. They organised treks, rock climbing, rappelling and caving in Mount-Abu. We stayed in tents and lived within the essence of nature. This trip helped everyone to have a good break from their studies and a lot of stress. As I was a new student I also got to know many students personally.

LO 2 Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process.

As Mount-Abu trek was full of adventures including trekking, rock climbing, etc., there were many difficulties for us as we were not habitual to that kind of physical activity. This helped us a lot to connect with the nature, also this trek helped me learn how to start a bonfire and also make food for survival on fire light up with the help of tree branches and leaves.

LO7 Recognise and consider the ethics of choices and actions.

As Mount-Abu is a tourist place and represents our country to all over the world as a famous hill station, we tried our best to avoid littering and not harming the natural beauty of nature. We also tried to save water and drink very limited, as we had a shortage of water which taught us the importance of water.
Conclusion
We had a very elevated experience in Mount-Abu and I am personally looking forward to improve my trekking skills by participating in  more trekking expidition.
