I actively participated in planning the event’s structure, setting objectives, and making a timeline to ensure that everything ran well from the time the concept was developed until the time it was implemented. Through this experience, I was able to hone my project management skills and learned how important it is to prepare thoroughly in order to successfully complete a project like this one, which strives to build a community.

LO5 – Demonstrate skills and benefits of working collaboratively.

It takes a team to plan an event of this kind; cooperation between several people is necessary. This event’s success depends on efficient teamwork. It was a team effort, and it could not have been completed without the support of each and every one of us. During brainstorming sessions, each team member brought a distinct creative perspective to the table, and the combination of these varied ideas definitely helped us succeed. This unity and cooperation were clearly demonstrated in the organising and carrying out of the Fresher’s Party. We skillfully and efficiently planned the event, overseeing a variety of tasks, making sure the programme ran smoothly, and quickly resolving any issues. The affirmative responses we got from our mentors and participants confirmed that our teamwork was successful.
